Terms and Conditions

Penya Blaugrana London, as an official FC Barcelona penya, has access to a limited number of FC Barcelona tickets.

To apply to a penya ticket, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Ticket FAQs

How can I apply for tickets

FC Barcelona has changed the process to apply for penya tickets for away matches.

The following steps must be followed strictly:

We will reject ticket applications that miss out any of the steps above.

How do I register in the Penyista Portal

This step is very important, and also it might take a few days to complete, so do not leave it till the last day.

Registering Minors in the Penyista Portal

The child must have been registered as a minor in the Penyista Identification Portal.

To do that, the adult must log in and select the option to add a minor.  You will then be able to register the minor.

Tickets for Minors

FC Barcelona does not sell children tickets, so minors will need to pay full price.

Also, some matches have restrictions on age due to security issues.

The child must have been registered as a minor in the Penyista Identification Portal.

Deadlines

Unless otherwise stated, the deadline to apply for a ticket is 3 weeks before a Champions league match, and 4 weeks for a La Liga away match.

You should also check the FCB Penyista Portal for match deadlines, although PB London might request more strict deadlines due to admin purposes.

Who can Apply for Tickets

These are the requirements to enter the higher priority ticket draw:

FC Barcelona is currently requesting that members must have been registered with the  Penyista Identification Portal for at least 6 months.  You will not be allowed to apply for tickets in the portal if you do not meet this requirement.

What if there is not enough tickets for everybody

Tickets will be raffled amongst members as per the PB London Ticket rules, giving priority to members with more Activity Points.

Your deposit will be fully returned if you do not get any tickets

What are my obligations if I get a ticket

If you cannot attend the match, you need to return the ticket to PBL board

Transfer of tickets is strictly forbidden, not even to other penya members

It is your responsability to collect the tickets at the agreed location and time. If you fail to do so, the board reserves the right to allocate your ticket to another member

If I join the penya, will I get a ticket?

Our ticket rules are designed to discourage people joining the penya just to get tickets. To have access to tickets, it is a requirement you are well known to the board. Also, to qualify for the priority raffle you will need to be socially active in the penya.  In addition, FC Barcelona is now requiring members to have registered in the portal for at least 6 months.

As a rule of thumb, if the only thing you want is to buy tickets, then our advice is not to join PBL because you will get disappointed.

On the other hand, if you want to join a community of FC Barcelona fans alike, then PBL is the right place for you!

What are Activity Points and how can I get them?

The objective of the penya is to get members active and socialising with each other.

Activity Points is an attempt at measuring how active a member has been, and the chances of getting a ticket are directly proportional to the Activity Points accummulated throughout the season. In other words, the more active a member is, the more chances he or she will have to get a ticket.

Attending a PBL screening is usually 1 Activity Point, and you will need to sign up in a sheet controlled by the board
