As it is traditional, Penya Blaugrana London organised a dinner to celebrate the visit of FC Barcelona to London.

Josep Maria Barnils, head of the Social Area, attended representing FC Barcelona. The dinner was also attended by Antoni Guil, president of the Penyes Confederation, Josep Suarez, head of the Catalan delegation in UK and Ireland; and Jordi Monturiol president of the Barcelones Est Federation.

In total, 60 PBL members attended the dinner, as well as representatives from the following penyes:

• PB Mostoles
• PB Pep Ventura
• PB Cerdanyola del Vallès
• PB Les Corts
• Penya Ridfenya Alhucemas
• PB Montmeló
• PB La Guineu

Penya Blaugrana London celebrated their 30th anniversary in style at the Hotel Avenida Palace in Barcelona. 

In total 46 PBL members travelled from London to celebrate their penya's anniversary. Also, we were honoured with the representation of 18 international penyes that send representatives to our anniversary from all over the world. And we were also delighted to have representation for 10 Catalan and Spanish penyes. In total, over 130 people attended our anniversary dinner.

Our anniversary guest of honour were Josep Maria Barnils (head of the FC Barcelona social area) and Josep Moratalla (FC Barcelona defender in the 80s, and member of the ABJ - FCB players association).

Also, we would like to thank to Miguel Tejero and Esteban Jimenez for kindly setting up a fantastic exhibition of FCB memorabilia, including a player-used shirt from each of the 5 Champions League finals won by FC Barcelona.

Penya Blaugrana London unveilled the new plaque at Camp Nou to celebrate the 30th anniversary.  The new plaque has two stars that symbolise the two Champions Leagues that FC Barcelona has won at Wembley in London.

If you fancy taking a picture with our plaque, you will find it at gate 96 Goal Nord at Camp Nou.

PBL members met for the traditional Table Football competition at Cafe Kick.

As usual, we hate losing and we put up a fight in every match. But in the end, there could only be one winner....

Penya Blaugrana London had the pleasure to meet Micro Xi for the BATE Champions League match.

Micro is a hard-core FCB fan from China on a 6-month motorbike trip. He has crossed Asia and Europe (literally) in search of FCB fans alike. Everywhere he stops, he looks for Barça fans to sign his flag. Needless to say, we were delighted to sign his FCB flag :)

Micro will complete this fantastic journey on 28th November in Barcelona. Surprise surprise, that is the same day that Penya Blaugrana London will celebrate their 30th Anniversary in Barcelona as well!!!!!  So see you soon Micro!!!!!

Penya Blaugrana London sent a delegation to the annual FC Barcelona Penya Congress 2015.

Penya Blaugrana London members enjoyed a relaxed and pleasant afternoon at the BBQ summer party.
