PBL Membership Card Design Competition Terms and Conditions:

We are looking for the next design for our 2022 / 2023 Penya Blaugrana London (PBL) Membership card and your photo / image might be it! 

We would like to invite all of our PBL members to participate in this competition as their photo / image can be the design of our 2022 / 2023 PBL Membership cards (the “Competition”).

These Terms and Conditions will apply to this Competition. By entering the Competition, we will assume that you have read these Terms and Conditions. It is important that you read these Terms and Conditions carefully as they contain important information about how to participate in this Competition and the terms on which this Competition operate.  

Competition rules

1. This Competition will take place between 24 July 2022 to 13 August 2022.
2. All participants must submit their photo / design to social@pblondon.org by email by 17:00 (BST) on 13 August 2022.
3. Only PBL members can participate in this Competition.
4. Any PBL members under the age of 18 years can only participate with the permission of their parent or guardian.
5. You can only submit a photo / image that has been taken by you or has been created by you. 
6. Only one (1) photo / image will be selected as the winner of the Competition (the “Prize”).
7. By participating in this Competition, you agree that if your photo / image is selected as the winner of the Competition that you will grant PBL a royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide, licence to copy, distribute and use the photo / image you have submitted for PBL’s membership card design and for any other PBL marketing purposes.
8. By participating in this Competition, parents and / or guardians of PBL members below the age of 18 agree that they have permission to grant and will grant PBL a royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide, licence to copy, distribute and use the photo / image their child has submitted for PBL’s membership card design and for any other PBL marketing purposes.
9. The Prize cannot be exchanged for any other prize or any other form of compensation.
10. You agree that if you win the Prize, you are happy for PBL to share your first name with the rest of the PBL members. For PBL members under the age of 18, as a parent and / or guardian, you agree that you are happy for PBL to share your child’s first name with the rest of the PBL. If you are not happy to do this, please contact social@pblondon.org immediately.
11. PBL reserves the right to cancel or amend the Competition, the rules and these Terms and Conditions at any time and without prior notice. Any changes will be posted either within these Terms and Conditions.

How to participate in this Competition

1. To participate in this Competition you must submit a photo / image taken or designed by you to social@pblondon.org by 17:00 (BST) on 13 August 2022.
2. Submissions made after this deadline may not be accepted.
3. Once the deadline has passed, the PBL Board will share all of the photo / images with PBL members, allowing each PBL member to vote for which photo / image they believe should win the Prize.
4. PBL members will be given until 17:00 (BST) on 21 August 2022 to place their votes for the photo / image they believe should win the Prize.
5. Each PBL member will only have one (1) vote.
6. After the deadline for voting passes, the PBL Board will count how many votes each photo / image received.
7. The photo / image with the most votes shall win the Prize.
8. If there is a tie between several photos / images, there will be another round of voting for which a deadline will be communicated by PBL to you in advance.
